Christina Donawa is the Director of Human Resources for NDRI-USA, responsible for all human resource policies, programs, and services for the organization.

Christina has over 28 years of responsible and progressive experience in human resource management. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Management and human resources senior professional designations.

She is a current member of the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resources.
